3. What Vecna from Stranger Things Season 4 Illustrates Inside Us

*SPOILER ALERT* This podcast episode contains spoilers for season 4 of Stranger Things!

As a huge fan of Stranger Things, this 4th season blew my mind!  This season showed us the power of music in Kate Bush's song 'Running up that hill' and the new characters and plot twists made for an incredibly entertaining season. 

In this Heart AF episode I talk about this latest season and how I feel the character Vecna is a great parallel for showing us the evils of our negative self talk that lie within the shadows of our minds. And how we can dissect some of the interactions in the show and how they relate to real life, the power of our minds, and the healing and meditative power of music.
